GXCC ROUND 8 - that's a wrap for the GXCC season

Well done to the team.

In the morning session the kids made us so proud!
Shain Nienaber Jnr in the 65cc Rookie class had some bad luck and finished P5. But took the year Championship like a champ P1.
D.J Bloem in the 50cc class finished P5 on the day and P3 for his first year.

The afternoon session:

Dickson Bessinger finished P3 in the Veterans class and P2 in the Championship.
Ian Venter took the P1 in the Veterans class on the day and P6 for the year.
JJ de Waal finished P5 in the Masters class and P9 in the Championship.
Stefan Labuschagne finished P7 in the OR1 Pro AM class and P6 in the Championship.
Xander Myburg finished on top P1 in the OR1 Pro AM class for the day and P3 in the Championship.
Danie Bloem finished P8in the OR1 Rookie class and P4 in the Championship.
Chris Harmse Jnr was finished with a P4 in the OR4 class and P2 in the Championship.
Chris Harmse Snr finished P2 in the Senior Pro AM class and P3 in the Championship.

Ruan Roodt finishing P3 in the Social class.

OVERLAND XC 1

Well done to the team. It was a great day with great results.

Xander Myburg finished P4 in the XC1PRO class
Shain Nienaber Snr finished P3 in the PROSenior class
Danie Bloem finished P5 in the XC2AM class.
Ruan Roodt finished P6 in the XC2AM class.
Chris Harmse Jnr was flying and finished with a P2 in the XC3AM class.

Well done to the team. It was a fast and dusty one again with some wind to make it interesting but some good results for the team. And a great team building exercise with packing up the gazebos in the wind.

Well done to the team. It was a fast and dusty one again but some good results with all the challenges the track was giving us.

This weeks HollywoodHills takes us back to last week and the 3rd round of the 424’s as they rolled out a new look n feel of their cross country events.
Hollywood was on the mic and we managed to get a production together to get the vibe of the event 🤘.
Winter events are banging now as IMPI is around the corner and GXCC, FarmJam and 424 arrive at the second half of the racing year

Now that we’re officially into the winter months the races and the HollywoodHills productions will have a different look and feel from the hot mud races that have been the theme of 2024 so far.
The latest GXCC event was the marker for the halfway point of the season in Delmas and sets us up perfectly for the second half of the tour.
Hollywood has been on the road since the Delmas event and there’s still plenty of amazing events to come in what will go down as a Banger June - stay tuned as we look to close out June strong 💪
