WHY RSD RUGBY?🏉

RSD Rugby is a rugby skills development extramural activity program offered at participating schools for girls and boys aged 3 – 13.

Our focus is on building a strong rugby foundation through age-appropriate, fun, and structured coaching.

We offer weekly coaching sessions based on a 40-week structured development program, designed to:

• Develop core rugby skills
• Improve co-ordination, confidence, and discipline
• Encourage teamwork, respect, and a love for the game

Our sessions are delivered by passionate, skilled, and accredited coaches who understand child development and know how to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for every player – from first-time beginners to developing young athletes.

RSD Rugby is not about pressure or competition, it’s about learning, growth and enjoyment, while laying the correct technical and character foundations for future sport participation.
