L&B Human Resources Consulting has a “hands on” involvement in the Talent Sourcing, headhunting of candidates and Skills Development. Our recruitmenent process is tailored to suit our client’s staffing needs. Below is a general guideline of recruitment process:
• Job Specification received from client assigned to Accounts Executive (Consultant)
• Recruitment Consultant contacts HR to obtain more information on the position i.e. AA position,package location etc
• CV searches on L&B database and other search avenues
• CV screening and short listing
• Interview shortlisted candidates using targeted selection interview tool
• Present 3-4 CV’s to client or according to client’s specifications
• Set up interview appointments according to client’s selection
• Conduct background checks and provide feedback to the client
• Receive offer letter and have it signed by candidate
• Return signed letter to client
• The Accounts Executive will follow up on the client and candidate’s performance and relationship for a period of six months from starting date

At L&B Human Resources Consulting we combine the aspects of recruiting and combine them with the ability to make placements for our clients. The firm provides competitive candidates to support client’s recruiting needs. We generate varying degrees of candidates information from those people currently engaged in the position our client is looking to fill. Our executive reseach help client uncover names that cannot be found through traditonal recruitment process and will allow human resources managers and internal recruiters more time to deal with face to face interviews. As a highly skilled and experienced headhunter L&B consulting recruits very specialized individualized individuals, for example, in some fields such as top,level professionals,engineers etc who are active in the field. In this case, since there are so few qulaified candidates, it makes more sense to directly recruit them one by one, rather than advertise internationally for candidates. GUARANTEE PERIOD
In the event of our candidate leaving your company (excluding redundancy and retrenchments), within the stipulated guaranteed period below, we endeavour to replace a suitable candidate at no extra cost to the company. An exclusivity period of 21 working days must be afforded to L&B Human Resources Consulting in order to replace employee. Should L&B Human Resources Consulting be unable to find a suitable replacement, your account will be credited on the fee received on the following basis:
