As I wait patiently for saturday 8h30 thatchfield and how super excited I am to meet and see everyone there I would like to say that one wants to go it alone and exercising in a group has been proven to push you to new limits.By awakening your inner athlete,you can share,compare and compete your way to a fitter version of yourself.Exercising in our group traininv provides you support when you need it, encouragement when you want to give up and challenges you to work harder. Better yet,you can make new friends by meeting like-minded people who share your fitness goals!

Hypertrophy is the growth of muscle and occurs because the existing muscle fibers get larger due to strength training. Mechanical loading, or weight lifting, triggers processes within the cells and muscle fibers that lead to protein synthesis and muscle growth. Functional hypertrophy is muscle growth that is strategic so that it grows your muscles in a way that will improve physical performance.

1-5 Reps - Lead to a maximum increase in relative strength and myofibril recruitment.
6-8 Reps - Produce the best medium between myofibril and sarcoplasmic hypertrophy.
9-12 Reps - Increase sarcoplasmic hypertrophy at the maximum rate.
>15 Reps - You move into the range of muscular endurance where hypertrophy gains slow.

Super awesome news all thanks to Tshegofatso Legae and , Fredictive team will be running in centurion as from nextweek 14 November 2015 at Thatch fields every Friday afternoon and Saturday mornings,a simple way of limiting and reducing all types of excuses.

The goal of a Group fitness bootcamp, is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance,lose weight and live a more better healthy life.The exercise types typically include or , -ups, -ups, -ups and $resistance training.They use a wide range of exercise types that develop both muscular and cardiovascular fitness, and promote safe and effective weight loss.In addition, valued individuals that participate in our BootCamp find that the atmosphere and variety of exercise types provide motivation and combat boredom at the same time.We welcome you,friends and family of all ages.

- Fredictive workout program isn't based on the newest piece of shiny, trendy workout equipment.You learn exercises you can take with you and do almost anywhere with minimal/no equipment at all.All you need is your body and the world around you ( ,friends,family together as one)

- Working out in a group provides built in motivation.Most people tend to push themselves a little harder in a group setting.There is also built in accountability.You are a lot less likely to miss a workout if others(Fredictive team) will notice your absence.That motivation is going to come in handy too. Hey, nobody said these are easy workouts. Being easy is not one of the boot camp workout benefits.There's still no free lunch and still no fooling Mother Nature.You have to do the work.

- Learning new exercises and workouts that you can take with you and do almost anywhere is extremely valuable.Plus all our bootcamp sessions will provide additional information about fitness, health, diet & nutrition, stretching, rest, and general wellness and enjoyment of life!

Fredictive Bootcamp challenges every muscle in your body and with little rest in between each set,you're bound to feel the burn and intensity. By constantly moving for an hour, your body has no time to rest, therefore your burning hundreds of calories, even when you stop. - In our boot camps we use Hiit methods such as Tabata/Amraps.This ensures that you get the most out of your main workout elevating your heart rate in a short period so you are burning for the rest of the day.

- Losing weight/toning can be hard work and going to the gym to work out on your own can be even harder,but with Fredictive sessions you will be more motivated and apart from losing weight/toning from exercising you will lose/tone more because you come more ,keepinh in mind that you will only lose weight if your nutrition habits are good.
