Taekwondo will be more thrilling, colorful at Rio Olympics Taekwondo debuted as a demonstration Olympic sport at the 1988 Seoul Games and became an official medal event at the 2000 Sydney Games. Since then, the Korean martial art has grown into a global sport, adapting itself to modern times to attract more fans.

Back to training tomorrow for those who train everyday and Thursday for the others. Monthly fee is half this month. In other words either pay R250 (everyday) or R150 (normal training). Demonstration team please keep in mind that you are required to attend every Saturday Training session.

Remember that training resumes on the 14 January I hope to see everybody back at training ready to work hard and have fun!!!!
