What a win!

Lloyd Harris has enjoyed the best win of his young career, beating Gaël Monfils of France in three sets (3-6, 6-2, 6-1) at the Chengdu Open (ATP 250 event) in China.

Lloyd broke the French star three times in the final set for a convincing victory.

Monfils, seeded 5th at the event, is currently ranked 38th in the world but has been as high as 6th in the ATP singles rankings - in 2016.

Lloyd came through qualifying this past weekend to make it into the main draw of the ATP 250 event. He now faces Bernard Tomic of Australia in the round of 16.
