We've relocated our main class about 2 weeks ago, and the support from the current group of students and old friends/capoeiristas, has been amazing.
My good friend Lara (Porçelana) who immigrated, wrote such a lovely message about her experience of capoeira, and I just thought I had to share it. (Swipe)
An important point she made is that anyone can do it. Often, we see impressive feats of achievement and tell ourselves it's not for us, or we can't do it, giving up before we've made ANY progress...
Our classes are for all levels of fitness, and athletic ability and our first class is free. Give it a try and experience some of the benefits the capoeira community has to offer.
