We are excited to offer our clients Skype and live conferencing as an alternative to usual private sessions. Skype is a free, easy to download program compatible with just about any device. FaceTime video is a program built into all Apple phones, tablets, and computers. Our clients appreciate video conferencing sessions because it offers them an easy, convenient way to connect. It also can be a more comfortable entry, versus meeting with a counsellor in person. Furthermore, there are published studies that found online counselling can be a very effective option for clients.
First time clients are invited to have a free 15-minute consultation to get a feel for how we work and discuss any questions they may have.
