On Saturday Coach Bryn worked with Lloyd on using efficient footwork to recover from the wide ball.

Here he used the cross over recovery step to cover more court whilst still maintaining good balance throughout his backhand and make a very clean play on the ball! Well done Lloyd for the hard work😎 Great job Coach Bryn.

Here Coach Bryn was working on reducing Karin's over extension on her backswing of the backhand. A very useful intervention used here to limit the extension on the backswing!

When working with beginner players, basics and early preparation is essential. Kent demonstrating how important it is to split step and begin the motion with the unit turn before addressing the ball!

Even decent players need technical corrections, the coaches are no exception! Coach Bryn needed to use his leg drive more during his groundstrokes, looks like he's using more now with help from Coach Wayne!
