I.K.O Nakamura dominated the AFCK tournament in Thokoza yesterday. Our fighters were outstanding in every weight category. A big Osu to Shihani Wandile Ncapai and Shihani Tawanda Mfundisi.

I.K.O Nakamura Pretoria Dojo is growing every day, we are having more students joining us especially from Semi-contact karate styles.

I.K.O Nakamura Pretoria Dojo is now preparing for their first annual grading in July and the National I.K.O Nakamura Kyokushinkaikan Karate Classic Tournament to be held in Durban on the 9th and 10th of August. My fighters they can't wait to set their foot on the tatami, they want to bring trophies back to Pretoria.

Sampling Alex second from right recently joined Nakamura Pretoria dojo he is from Shotokan ,he is a Shodan in Shotokan Karate. However it is always a technical procedure to under go a minimum of one year training under I.K.O Nakamura Kyokushinkaikan before his next grading so that he can master the Kyokushinkaikan karate syllabus. Separate Alex is a good, strong and fast learning karateka, his future is bright in I.K.O Nakamura. Osu
