SA School of Self Defence offers K-MartialArts training for children, adults, men and women in a saf
SA School of Self Defence offers different aspects of self defence. We teach Korean Martial Arts and Self Defence, as well as the practical applications of what you're learning. Training offers young children and adults of all ages a way to learn self defence/martial arts in a safe environment. Wanting to de-stress, increase your focus, gain more confidence, meet new people or even learn some self defence, then SA School of Self Defence is the place to be.

2022 AHA MASTERS' WORKSHOP
The MASTERS' WORKSHOP is an event during which various activities are held. It's called an "event“ because it’s so much more than just a number of training sessions. It is a gathering. A gathering of AHA MASTERS from various parts of Africa to come together and compete, educate and inspire.
In 2022 we will host the first ever AHA MASTERS' CHAMPIONSHIPS in Pretoria, South Africa from 29 April to 1 May, 2022. During this time we will have the following items:
◼ 검법 Gum-beop (Sword Patterns)
◼ 격검 Gyeok-gum (Sword Fights)
◼ 베기 Be-gi (Cutting)
◼ 검무 Gum-mu (Sword Dance)
◼ Others
It is our sincere desire for the AHA MASTERS' CHAMPIONSHIPS will develop to become an important event, such as the Mulimpia, that can unite all Masters in Africa and the world who share a common passion and love for Haidong Gumdo.
Our organization is dedicated to continuously strive forward to positively contribute to the society and hopefully The event will be one of the tools which will assist us to do so. Thus, planting a new seed of hope for the African Haidong Gumdo community while at the same time establishing a new sense of value.
We hope that all the leaders of African Haidong Gumdo will cooperate and together in preparing for the 2022 Masters' Workshop event.
