We believe running groups should be fun and for everyone. One of the great things about running is that almost everyone can do it. You don’t need athletic expertise and most runners start out with nothing more than a pair of running shoes. At Running Worx (RWX) Athletics Club, we provide people with the opportunity to improve their health and fitness while at the same time getting out of their hom
es and into the fresh air, enjoying everything their local area has to offer. We’ve found that running can often be a lonely activity, and when you’re constantly running by yourself it can be difficult to stay motivated. Our Commitments
