Craving a couple of good games with other experienced players and chess enthusiasts? Or interested in playing for the Tuks Chess team?
We practice every Tuesday and Friday at 15h00 in Sci-Enza. Tuks Chess is for any and all chess enthusiasts. Whether you simply want to play a couple of quality games for entertainment, or even if you enjoy a more competitive approach. We host a number of tournaments each year for members, non-members and non-students, where prize money is up for grabs.
To the girls chess players it would be great to get more girls involved so if you know of any girls wanting to learn or who already know how to also encourage them to register.
If any of you know of other chess players who do not know about our club we encourage you to tell them about us and have them register.
Hey Chess players sorry we have been so quite. Please remember to collect registration forms from Sci-enza and hand them back ASAP if you haven't already done so. We have a tournament on 11 May with University of Venda and only registered players will be allowed to participate. Checkmate till next time
