A 2.5-hour dance marathon designed for everyone, broken into FIVE fun, manageable 30-minute sessions, with a social break in between! Each session introduces a simple, hope-filled choreography in a unique style, so you can learn, move, and enjoy at your own pace.

We’re launching our FIRST-EVER Dance-a-Thon: A fun, powerful fundraiser supporting bursary students.

For 14 years, Rhythm of Hope Outreach has been transforming lives, especially for young girls. We have seen first hand how dance can not only instil girls with hope, but change the trajectory of their lives.

To make more stories like these sustainably possible, this event will be a day to experience the effect dance has on your brain, mood and body, but also to meet our team, and see the spaces and faces that have made up our outreach for all these years on a weekly basis.

Opening tomorrow, 7 January 2026!!!!

We are bowing down and laying all "earthly Christmas traditions down" to joyfully celebrate JESUS, the King of Kings, being born, and who is alive in us today!

Can you feel the holiday joy coming closer?!

Office closed!

Opening again 7 January (office only)
Classes 2026 starts 19 January.

Registration looks a bit different now. The process will be communicated early January. Free trials still welcome! Bookings also opening in January.
