Fitness Professional Felix Bolo giving the third phase of his 3 phase training regime which includes: Pre workout- this is to get the muscles warmed up and the heart rate slightly elevated, thereafter we enter the "workout of the day" to get things really going. once the workout of the day is completed, we "cool down"-post workout which is normally 15 minutes of attending to the need areas followed by a stretch routine to help get rid of any lactic build in the muscle fibres.
