So, you want to run a marathon but aren’t sure where to begin… don’t worry, we will share tips and tricks to help you cross the finish line!

Tip three: Set goals.

If you’re fairly new to running, then setting goals is one of the easiest ways to track your progress and stay motivated. Your goals need to be measurable and achievable, for example;

— Run for 30 seconds straight.
— Jog 1 km in less than 10 minutes.

Once you can, and have, reached these milestones, update your goals.
