The Relentless Pursuit
Not for the medal. Not for the glory.
Hlelani races for something bigger. For him, means enduring something all the way to the finish line. And then further than that.
There are no shortcuts for him. Since his first Warrior Race in 2016, Hlelani Radebe hasn’t missed a beat.
He races for his community. He races to earn his children’s respect. He wants them to look at his life and see possibility. To know that their father stood for something. That he didn’t just exist, he pursued.
This is his Relentless Pursuit. This is his reason for racing.

Nothing on the Warrior Race course just happens.
The terrain dictates everything. Where an obstacle is placed on route and how it gets built.
Episode 3 gets into the challenges behind the build. The pivots. The problem-solving. The logistics of building in the bush.
You can’t engineer an obstacle without understanding how the body will experience it. That’s the fine line between engineering and human movement.

Meet Jani Coode! She took on Warrior Race for the very first time ever at #1 Cradle 2026, and it had been on her to-do list for a while. ✍️
The irony? She showed up and came 3rd overall in the Rookie Women’s race.
Our bet is that she is one to watch at the next event 👀
