We came, we swam, we made some noise. 🔥
SA Short Course was a big one for us: fast swims, big energy, and a team that brought the vibe to the whole gala. People noticed, and we loved every second. 💙🏊‍♀️
So proud of every swimmer. Results in the slides! 👉

🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️ Why do elite swimmers stop shaving weeks before a big meet — then shave everything the night before racing?
It's not superstition. It's science.

✅ Up to 28% less lactic acid in the body
✅ 12% longer strokes
✅ Heightened feel for the water
✅ A mental switch that signals: it's race time.

And yes — this applies to both male and female competitive swimmers. 🪒
Save this for your next taper. 🔖

🍃 Spring is just around the corner at Royal Fins! 🌸

September means longer days, warmer mornings, and one massive goal on the horizon: the South African Short Course Championships, coming up at the end of the month! 🏆🇿🇦

Our swimmers have been putting in the hard kilometers, and now it's time to fine-tune, sharpen up, and bring it all together for the big stage. Every early morning, every hard set — it's all leading to this.

Let's finish the month strong. Go Royal Fins! 🌊💙

🏊‍♂️ BIG EVENTS COMING UP FOR ROYAL FINS!

Our new season is almost here and we have so much to look forward to! 🙌
First up — the Commonwealth Games in June! 🌍 This is one of the biggest stages in the sport and we'll be watching (and cheering) every stroke of the way.

Then in June and July, it's all eyes on our Age Group Galas 🏆 — two incredible opportunities for our swimmers to compete, grow, and show the pool what Royal Fins is made of!

June AND July are going to be massive months for our club.

Let's go, Fins! 💙🌊
