Our new season is almost here and we have so much to look forward to! 🙌
First up — the Commonwealth Games in June! 🌍 This is one of the biggest stages in the sport and we'll be watching (and cheering) every stroke of the way.

Then in June and July, it's all eyes on our Age Group Galas 🏆 — two incredible opportunities for our swimmers to compete, grow, and show the pool what Royal Fins is made of!

June AND July are going to be massive months for our club.

What an incredible week of racing, growth and unforgettable performances from our swimmers! Competing against the best in the country and stepping up on one of the biggest stages in South African swimming.

So proud of every athlete who represented the team with determination, courage and sportsmanship. From personal bests to finals appearances, every swim told a story of hard work and commitment. 💙

A special congratulations to all our finalists and medal winners — your dedication continues to inspire the next generation.

What an experience. This championship is new to our swimming program and gave a lot to think about.

Now taper is your reward. It's the final phase of training.

Trust your coaches. Trust the process. Trust the work tou have done.
