Feedback on our U/10 & U/12 Session – Saturday, 7 March 🎾

This morning’s session focused on Match Play. Our theme was learning how to get your opponent to hit the balls that suit your weapons.

A special highlight of the morning was when three very excited boys had the opportunity to join Coach Danie Visser in a doubles match. Imagine playing with — and against — a former World No.1 Doubles player!

Moments like these inspire young players to dream big and believe in what is possible.

What an exciting and successful day for GNJT!

We had two events running simultaneously — and both delivered fantastic energy and high-quality tennis.

Some truly exciting tennis was played. We are incredibly proud of all our players for representing GNJT with passion and pride.

Results:
U/19: 🏆 15–6 Win
U/15: 🏆 21–9 Win
U/13: 🤝 16–16 Tie

Congratulations to every player who carried our name high!

🏠 Squad Session at Home Base
Our focus today was on:
• Developing the serve as a weapon
• Learning how to break an opponent’s serve
• Detecting and exploiting patterns during match play

We are building not just players — but thinkers and competitors.

🎾❤️ Our 1st session Valentine’s Day Mixed Doubles Challenge was an absolute blast! The players had so much fun and the atmosphere was simply amazing.

Red hearts were flying all over the court as players handed out hearts for every ace served – such a fun twist that kept everyone smiling! ♥️
Unfortunately, our 2nd session was rained out.
