What is X-FIT
X-FIT is a high intensity fitness program that combines functional movements into a timed or scored workout. Our time and scored workouts makes exercising fun and gives each athlete the motivation to improve upon their times and scores thus creating a love for physical fitness. Our exercises are always varied, always changing and always producing results. It's a combination of Gymnastics, running, body weight training, Olympic lifting, endurance, short and long distance runs.
