Spoil yourself this Valentine’s day with melt in your mouth Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Almond, Protein Fudge 🤤 😍

This recipe for chocolate protein fudge is a zero-sugar way to enjoy a rich and creamy chocolaty sweet treat. Simple to make and a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth, each piece of fudge contains a punch of protein. 💪🏼

This protein fudge can also be customized, so feel free to add chopped nuts, cacao nibs, coconut…. Whatever you wish to make it perfect for you and your sweet tooth desires.

You will need :

• 1/4 cup + cold pressed virgin coconut oil
• 1/2 cup sugar free creamy peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
• 3 scoops USN SA - Ultimate Sports Nutrition Blue Lab 100% Whey Choc Hazelnut Praline Flavour protein powder.
• Chopped almonds.

Instructions :

• Combine coconut oil and peanut butter in a microwave bowl and microwave until coconut oil and peanut butter melt, approximately 1 min.

• Stir cocoa powder into coconut oil mixture.

• Add USN Blue Lab 100% Whey Choc Hazelnut Praline Flavour Protein Powder and stir to combine.

• Pour mixture into a mini muffin pan or silicone moulds.

• Sprinkle with chopped almonds.

• Freeze until fudge hardens.

Remove from silicone moulds and enjoy!

Store remaining fudge in the freezer.

Roasted Butternut
Avo
Red Onion
Fresh Coriander

Dressing:
Fresh lemon juice & honey
Pink Salt & Black Pepper
