Great for cyclists and athletes as this move requires a ton of knee, hip and ankle mobility. Build unilateral strength in the hips, glutes, quads and hamstrings whilst increasing demand on core stability and balance.

Keeping things interesting with this combo! This explosive battle rope and balance board workout will get the heart rate up whilst working the upper body, back, ab and glute muscles. Balance board helps to work on core & balance. ⬆️ (I guess it could be a concentration exercise too 😂)
