Damaged Door frame repaired & repainted, replaced door lock and catch and realigned the door handles. Cabinet doors & hinges were repaired and realigned. Installation of a kick panel below the cabinet. Renewed bathroom light fixtures. Repaired wall corner and primed. Replaced Patio door runners, aligned the door and installed a safety latch inside.

Leaking Pool Pump piping. Original indication was for underground leak. Dug pipes open, but found elbow joint above ground and the pump connector were both leaking and they were repaired.

Unusual Bath filler spout conversion to a hand shower diverter installation

Repairs to window latch. Door hinge and gap repairs. Installation of a picture frame, magnetic knife block and broom hanger. Electrical socket temporarily secured in poor tiling.

Door gaps repaired after water damages and a worn/perished window gasket/seal replaced.

Painting of Upstairs Rooms, Recabling of two aircon units, Main Bedroom feature wall painted and installation of wall slats with ambient backlighting. Stairwell Repainted, Lounge Feature wall included Removal of Cabinets and divider then repainted. Installation of electrical sockets and switches.
