So it has been a while since I posted. The last two years have been a roller coaster of "lots of other" things. I am getting back into the things that make my soul sing! Please keep an eye out for the details of the workshop what Adri-Mari Vilonel and I are facilitating at the end of March 2022. I'm super excited.

You Are Who You've Been Looking For by Adam Roa "Your capacity to love others is limited only by your capacity to love yourself." This is something I heard years ago but have only recently begun to truly u...

Looking forward to sharing the next session for The Art of Happiness Workshop
The Conceptual Self
On the 24 April at 09h00
I'm so excited to offer The Art of Happiness Workshop on-line during April 2020 and I look forward to interacting with you!
The Art of Happiness Workshop offers a fresh, new approach to the understanding of who we really are and how we can consciously create sustainable happiness for ourselves.
Hidden within each of us is the ability to create the lives we are looking for: the happiness, the peace, the relationships, the success and the joy. When we focus inwards, instead of outwards, we give ourselves the possibility of finding the answers we are looking for.
Through making new choices – we craft our lives.
The workshop is 5 hours long, divided into 5 one hour sessions on 20, 22, 24, 27 and 29 April 2020.
This workshop is free and if you would like to make a donation, it will be very welcome.
See you soon!

It's so easy to focus on the details of my life situation that I sometimes forget to look up, to look around and to see and acknowledge the beauty that surrounds me. This picture was taken when I took a break and walked outside my cottage. A breath catching moment.

It's been a very busy few weeks and I have found myself caught up in the "hustle bustle" of everything "that needs to be done".
It was lovely to stop and remind myself to just focus on the next step; to give that step my full attention, to step with focus and balance and to let go of the outcome.
The outcome always seems to match focus and intention that I give to each step.

For some time now, I have been meditating every morning. And every night before I go to sleep, I find the quiet place within me, before i drift off.
I now find that when i start to feel stressed, I can almost immediately access that quiet place , which then calms everything down and allows me to make better choices.
It's a game changer.
