Want To Live Longer? Take Up Tennis. A new study out of Denmark shows that among people who play sports, those who play tennis have a life expectancy nearly 10 years longer than people who don't play anything. Smaller benefits were found for each of the other sports that were studied, but tennis was the clear winner.
