We are thrilled to announce that KINETIK TENNIS at the Fairland Tennis Club, is under the new ownership of Jason Stoltenkamp, with Warren Kuhn as Head Coach & Wesley Basson as head of Kinetik schools as well as assist with our performance program. This is the start of a new era at Fairland Tennis Club where Jason will launch his performance-focused program, enriching the club with his unique approach to junior player development. Together, Jason Stoltenkamp, Warren Kuhn and Wesley Basson have a renowned reputation and coaching brand that will elevate the current coaching programs to new heights.

Jason, who was previously based in Bedfordview prior to his departure to Sweden, is excited to offer junior tennis development of the highest pedigree to players in the North and West of JHB, an area that for a long time, has had a demand for a high quality Tennis Academy.

Jason Stoltenkamp, brings with him an impressive 20 years of coaching experience and a proven champion methodology that has propelled countless players to success. Having recently returned from Sweden, where he contributed to the development of top junior Swedish tennis players, Jason worked alongside Magnus Norman, renowned coach to Stan Wawrinka, a three-time Grand Slam champion. His extensive knowledge and expertise have resulted in an impressive track record, including 35 National South African Junior titles, coaching junior Grand Slam level players, and nurturing various top 100 ITF world-ranked players.

Wesley Basson worked in Jason's high performance program, was a travel coach who assisted with ITF as well as local travel. His strength as a performance coach has grown from strength to strength.

Warren Kuhn has returned from America, where he earned accolades such as the ‘Assistant Coach of the Year 2022’ in the United States NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) D2 tennis conference, and the ‘2022 Conference Team Champion’

Warren is an experienced coach who will complement Jason and the entire coaching team. Warren’s career highlights include being ranked within the top 100 Juniors in the world, and playing college tennis in the USA. Warren holds a masters in exercise science and is certified as an exercise physiologist, which allows him to concentrate on vital aspects of player development, such as fitness, footwork, and injury prevention management.

By integrating their expertise into established programs, we are creating even more pathways for players to excel and reach their full potential on and off the court.
