Every Minute Until Failure πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

⏱️Minute 1: 5 Burpees + 5 Sit Ups + 5 Push-ups, rest for the remainder of the minute.
⏱️Minute 2: 6 Burpees + 6 Sit Ups + 6 Push-ups, rest for the remainder of the time.
⏱️Minute 3: 7 Burpees + 7 Sit Ups + 7 Push-ups, then you rest, take the rest, later the rest will be very short.

πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ Continue adding a rep each minute and resting for the remainder.
πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ You will get to a point where the rest will be short and the fatigue will start setting in.
πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ Focus, breathe and tell yourself you can do this!
πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ Keep going until you cannot complete the reps, then your workout is done.
