As the craziness of the new year starts, settling in, it is time to get back into an exercise routine πͺπ
As we get older, it is so important to keep our muscles and joints active. Most of us sit in the car or behind a desk all day π¬
All you need is to move once or twice a week for 30 minutes! π
Strength training will give a good quality of life in the long run, so get moving!

Every Minute Until Failure ππΌ
β±οΈMinute 1: 5 Burpees + 5 Sit Ups + 5 Push-ups, rest for the remainder of the minute.
β±οΈMinute 2: 6 Burpees + 6 Sit Ups + 6 Push-ups, rest for the remainder of the time.
β±οΈMinute 3: 7 Burpees + 7 Sit Ups + 7 Push-ups, then you rest, take the rest, later the rest will be very short.
ππΌ Continue adding a rep each minute and resting for the remainder.
ππΌ You will get to a point where the rest will be short and the fatigue will start setting in.
ππΌ Focus, breathe and tell yourself you can do this!
ππΌ Keep going until you cannot complete the reps, then your workout is done.

Your mood serves as a great motivator and is different for everyone, but we know that exercise releases a cocktail of feel-good feelings, spiking your endorphins and is a great stress reliever.
So whether you are in a good or a bad mood, in the mood to train or not in the mood to train, get moving because at the end of your 20 or 60 minute workout you know you will be in a great mood.
