Making Running accessible to All The Rand Athletic Club was established in 1973 and is now one of South Africa's largest running clubs.
Based inBordeaux, Johannesburg, the RAC offers cross-country, short distance, marathon and ultra-marathon road running, as well as orienteering and walking. Time Trials take place every Tuesday evening at 5:45pm.

Some of our Comrades finishers at RAC aches and pains party. Pity we organised this on a busy running weekend. Was great to spend the time together and share some war stories from the Comrades last month.

Another podium finish for RAC this weekend. Frans Ramokgopa won the 70+ category at the Vitality series race on Saturday beating the Guy behind him. 😁👏🙌Well done Frans! Awesome result.
