During this journey, we will awaken to the power of our womb through self care with herbs, and connect to the essence of our heart through meditation and energy healing.
We will put together different foraged herbs to suite our unique rythms of the womb and use these herbs to heal ourselves through gentle steaming.
You will learn how to create your own Yoni steaming herbs , teas and oils.
We will use breathwork, and movement as our medicines to nurture the feminine body. Creating connectivity to our intuitive senses - the essence of who we are.
We will journey through a guided meditation which will keep us grounded as we hold space for healing of the heart by means of energy therapy.
Enjoy some home-brewed tea while soaking in the ancient wisdom and knowledge of womb and heart health through the seasons.
We will end with a Yoni Steam -Using non-invasive, natural remedies for Prevention, Maintenance, Detox Support, Healing & Speedily Recovery for Pelvic & Womb Care, Sexual & Reproductive Health. Practiced for centuries worldwide, connecting you to your sacred space.
