💦✨ From Baby Float to Overbridge! ✨💦

One of the biggest concerns we hear from parents is, “Won’t my baby be scared of the water?” — but just look at baby Aléya!

Aléya has officially graduated from her Baby Float / self-rescue course and is now enjoying every moment of her Overbridge course, before slowly progressing into our Learn-to-Swim programme. 🏊‍♀️

Her beautiful smiles every time Coach Mariëtta puts her eyes in the water are just the sweetest thing to see! 🥰💦

💦 What a special day! 💦

Today, we had the absolute privilege of celebrating Estian’s graduation from our Self-Rescue Programme! 🏆🏊‍♂️

His big sister, Elliana, graduated from the programme a few years ago and is now confidently enjoying our Learn-to-Swim Programme. Watching both siblings grow through their swimming journey has been incredibly special.

But what makes Estian’s graduation extra special is the beautiful connection between his mommy and Coach Mariëtta. They have been friends since they were young — all the way back to Grade R! And today, Coach Mariëtta had the privilege of teaching her friend’s little boy an essential life skill and watching him graduate.

These are the moments that make what we do so incredibly meaningful.

A HUGE thank you to this wonderful family for trusting us and for investing in Estian’s Self-Rescue Programme. Teaching children the skills to protect themselves in and around water is an investment that truly matters. 💦

💦 Just look at this little water baby! 💦

Seven months old and already absolutely loving the water! 🥹💙

Here she is with Coach Marietta, calmly floating and enjoying every moment of her lesson. One of the biggest concerns parents often have is that floating might make their baby afraid of the water or cause them to cry.

But as you can see… not this little one! No tears, no fear — just a happy baby enjoying her time in the water.

Our goal is never to make babies afraid of the water. It’s about gently building water confidence, essential safety skills and a positive relationship with the water from an early age.

🛟 Safety is always our first priority.
Together, we can help prevent drowning and give our little ones the skills they need to be safer around water.
