Life Coaching - Day 3
We tend to label chidlren/ adults as difficult, unmotivated, or resistant. More often, they’re responding to pace, pressure, and nervous systems around them.
Humans adjust their behavior to survive environments long before they reflect on them. That’s true in families. It’s true in relationships. It’s true at work.
Change doesn’t start by fixing people.
It starts by changing the conditions they’re operating in.

Most spirals don’t start as thoughts. They start as a state, tension in the body, shallow breath, stuck energy.
When the body is dysregulated, the mind doesn’t lead.
It reacts. It explains. It creates stories.
That’s why insight rarely helps at the beginning. Movement changes the state first and once the state shifts, the story loses its grip. healingjourney

Most people assume change fails because of laziness or fear.
In reality, change fails when it threatens identity, comfort, or belonging.
Awareness comes before action.
