Met slegs 11 stoeiers en 16 inskrywings het ons klub ’n indrukwekkende 10 medaljes huis toe gebring. 💪🔥

Ons is ongelooflik trots op elke stoeier wat die mat betree het en WSG met trots, dissipline en deursettingsvermoë verteenwoordig het. Julle harde werk by oefening begin regtig vrugte afwerp.

Baie dankie aan ons afrigters, ouers en ondersteuners vir julle onophoudelike ondersteuning langs die mat. Hierdie prestasies is ’n spanpoging. 🔴🔵🟡

This month we shine the spotlight on Coach Riaan — a coach who believes that every child has the potential to grow into something great.

Wrestling is not only about medals and competition. It is about building discipline, confidence, respect, and strong character in every athlete. Coach Riaan works hard to create an environment where children can grow, feel supported, and become the best version of themselves — on and off the mat.

From fun activities beforehand and hard training sessions thereafter, to teaching life values that last beyond the sport, Coach Riaan’s passion for the athletes and their development is clear in everything he does.
