This morning wasn't about a personal best. It was about momentum.🔥
Ride: 5.83km. Legs were heavy, wind was up, but I kept pedalling.🚴
Followed by Strength:
75 minutes. 616 calories. Heart rate sitting at 141. It hurt in the best way.🏋️
No magic workout. No shortcut. Just consistency stacked on consistency.💯
