Team Bait Products Doing What They Do Best
Tommie and Natan recently took part in the RAC Monthly Competition, and their hard work, dedication, and commitment to their game plan paid off in impressive fashion.
The gents identified the area they wanted to fish and stuck to their strategy throughout the competition. With winter conditions in full swing, they used a combination of particle mix and feeding boilies to attract and hold fish in the area, creating a productive feeding zone that delivered the results they were after.
Their efforts saw them secure 2nd Heaviest Bag of the competition, recording 8 runs, 6 fish landed, and 3 fish weighed for the bag, giving them a total bag weight of 31.18kg. To top it off, Tommie landed the biggest fish of the competition, tipping the scales at an impressive 15.33kg.
The hook baits that did the damage were Spicy Banana and a new test bait that has been producing quality fish consistently for the team.
A fantastic achievement and a great example of what can be accomplished through preparation, confidence in your bait, and sticking to the plan.

Donovan and Clinton decided to tackle Emmarentia Dam armed with their trusted bait products garlic & pepper pop-ups.

The session turned into an absolute cracker — 9 runs and 9 fish landed! 🎣

Among the catches were two beautiful mirror carp, as well as a ghostie.

Team member Tommie Young Went out for a quick overnighter this past Easter weekend at Florida Lake.

Managed to land 3 fish using solid bags packed with 2mm pellets and Campaign Krill boilies.

Short session, but definitely productive—proof that simple tactics still get results 🎣

Huge shoutout to Bait Products Team members Tommie Young and Nathan Coreejes for their awesome performance at their local RAC Club Competition! Right from the start, the boys put together a solid game plan, using a combination of Particle mix and campaign boilies — and the carp were clearly loving it.
Tommy went in with the Spicy Banana hook baits and landed an absolute beauty of a carp weighing in at 16.60kg, securing the biggest fish for the March competition! Not long after, Nathan joined the action, landing three fish for a solid bag weight using the new test bait along with campaign Krill.
Incredible effort from both anglers — we’re proud of the team and their success. Well done, guys! 🎣👏

Lynette Wesley Wolmarans and Clive watson fished our monthly RAC-Specimen Club comp. Doing my first comp of the year we managed second heaviest bag of 29,19kg.With our last fish coming in 2mins after the comp has ended. Using campaign Krill Boilie and buckwheat, h**p and tigers as feed. Hookbaits was Spicy Banana wafters.
