"I started working out at BST at the end of October last year, just exploring whether I could be ready for HYROX in November 2025. From day one, the community has been so encouraging.

When I started, I could barely run 1km without stopping multiple times. But the community makes you feel like you can do anything — small steps, big progress.

Seven months later… I’ve completed the Two Oceans Half Marathon 😅

I’ve realised that I can do hard things — where preparation meets opportunity.

‘I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.’” 🥹

BST CrossFit x HYROX Community Fundraiser

On 25 April, we come together as a community to do what we do best - move, sweat, and show up for one of our own.
Little Xonja needs life-saving heart surgery, and we’re turning fitness into purpose. Every rep, every meter, every drop of sweat brings her closer to a healthy future. ❤️
This is more than a workout.

A high-energy CrossFit x HYROX hybrid partner workout, built for all fitness levels and fully scalable.

🔥 THE WORKOUT - “SWEAT FOR XONJA”

Partner Workout
Buy-In:
🏃‍♀️ 1,000m Run (together)
→ Straight into:
AMRAP 35 Minutes:
20 Burpee Box Jumps / Step-Overs
40 Wall Balls
60 Calorie Row (or any machine)
80 Sandbag Lunges (sub: plate or DB lunges)
100 Sync Sit-Ups
120m Farmer’s Carry (24/16kg)
At 35-minute mark:
Cash-Out:
🏃‍♂️ 1,000m Run (together)
