Hi everyone, my name is Lauren Barnard. I'm on a mission to improve my overall fitness and flexibility in order for my body to better handle the demands of my dancing and riding. While this is a long term process in which I'm blessed to have the guidance and help of some amazing individuals, there are a few quantifiable goals that I would like to achieve through this 90 Day Challenge.
1. I'd like to be able to do unassisted chin-ups.
2. Hold a handstand for more than 10 seconds.
3. Perform a forwards walk over.
4. Improve my flexibility in pursuit of being able to do the splits (this is very much dependant on the progress of the recovery of my groin injury).
5. Improve my mindset when being challenged with new dance technique/steps. I'm naturally a perfectionist and often so afraid of failing that I become my own worst enemy.
I'm very excited about this challenge and look forward to assisting where I can to help others achieve their goals.
