𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐔𝐬 🔒
As ChrisnelSA continues to grow, so does the importance of protecting the people we work with. Please take note of the following it could save you from falling victim to fraud.
ChrisnelSA will never:
→ Request payment via WhatsApp, social media or text message
→ Ask you to deposit funds into a personal bank account
→ Request banking details or passwords via email, phone or social media. We will only request personal information required for training registration through our official booking process and verified channels
→ Ask you to pay to an unverified email address
→ Pressure you to make an urgent payment without formal documentation
Our only official email domain is .co.za
Be alert to fraudulent emails using domain variants designed to look like ours. Scammers often create addresses with subtle misspellings or alternative extensions to impersonate legitimate organisations.
Examples of suspicious domains to watch for include:
❌ @ chrisneisa.co.za 👉 wrong letter
❌ .co.za 👉 missing letters
❌ .com 👉 wrong extension
❌ .co.za 👉 swapped letters
❌ .org 👉 wrong extension
❌ -info.co.za 👉 added suffixes
If the domain does not match @𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐚.𝐜𝐨.𝐳𝐚 exactly it is not from us. Do not click any links, do not open any attachments and do not respond.
How to verify that communication is genuinely from us:
→ All official emails come from @𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐚.𝐜𝐨.𝐳𝐚 NO exceptions
→ All payment requests can be verified by contacting our office directly
→ All training bookings are confirmed through our official channels only
If you receive a suspicious communication claiming to be from ChrisnelSA, do not respond and do not make any payment. Contact us directly at [email protected] or call our office to verify.
Your trust is what we are built on. We take the responsibility of protecting it seriously.
