Thando Matlaba after a successful spell in Italy and a few clubs' requests opted to sign for Ethekwini Costsl in Kzn (Abc Motshepe).
Thando Matlaba said “ Italy for me was a very important stepping stone in my football career, I have learned so much in terms of the difference between our local football and what is required to play in Europe.
Football in Italy is very physical and very tactical and if you don’t concentrate for all 90 minutes you might have some trouble. Players are motivated and very ambitious to become professional and that’s good because in every session the intensity is very high and I could feel that my football was improving rapidly.”
“I am very excited to start my new football career close to home and bring my international experience to the team. I know we gonna do well this season and this is another step for me to become a professional player.”
