Early starts, moving parts, last-minute changes and a whole lot of “make a plan”… and then slowly, piece by piece, it all starts coming together.
Standing here today watching the Women in MICE Breakfast 2026 come to life, I had a proper pause moment. Because 2025 was a blur of a year, I made a decision… to always stop, even just for a second, and take it all in.
To admire the work, the journey, the coming together of something that once was just an idea.

And the Women in Mice Awards is special, it honours all the incredible women that make up the industry I am passionate about and has a special place in my heart!
