You set your New Years resolutions towards the end of 2022, they were big, bold and scary. Its over halfway through Jan and you've started to sink bank into old habits... NO!!!!

Do you juice? If not, I highly recommend you add a juicer to your daily routine. Juicers are not that expensive and worth the investment if it means you can have fresh juice daily. High in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals without having to worry about excesssive fibre intake. My favorite blend and go to is a handful of the following: Beetroot, ginger, celery, lemon and spinach. Enjoy and bottoms up!
