Well done girls and coaches! We are very proud of you having some great results at the L1-3 District Championships.

Our L1-3 girls had their first competition of the season at Gymagic. It was a mixed result and there is definitely room for improvements. Nevertheless it seems that coaches and gymnasts had so much fun. Well done all! Keep on working hard! Next stop is our in house testing competition on the 23 May.

Our girls are getting ready for the Level 1-3 competition season. They look so pretty in their new leotards.

We had a very busy Saturday afternoon with our second of the year GYM Badge testing. We witnessed one the highest standard of competition. Congratulations to all gymnasts and their coaches! Thank you parents for your support!

Big shout out to our L4-5 girls and L5 man as well as to coach Tumi. They all qualified with flying colors to the 2025 National championships. Special congrats to Lia Grusin and Oliver Ritson winning the Provincial over all title. Ob Rahube came second over all. Keep up the hard work!

Obi Rahube (first on the left) had an excellent result at the recent Region 5 international competition in Harare Zimbabwe. She was part of the gold medal winnig SA team and was first on vault, second on bars and floor. Congratulations!

We had an incredible event despite the heat! Having a stellar performance from our gymnasts on such a challenging day makes it even more impressive. Congratulations to all gymnasts, coaches and parents rising to the occasion during the 2nd GYM badge testing competition of 2024!
