This is a well overdue throwback Thursday to the 2026 SA Classic Championships.

This Bullies team is unstoppable! What an incredible weekend that so many athletes put their heart and soul into.

Thank you to the coaches who gave just as much heart and soul into every single lifter at every single session.

There were some unbelievable battles and records fallen. The butterflies have still not worn off!

We've had the honour of training with so many new faces from all walks of life. We've eaten a ton of cake in the gym, choreographed to Pink Pony Club, and seen a wave of personal bests.

We saw athletes prepare for provincials, nationals and Lift Off. We had the privilege of seeing athletes off for the World Games, Master World Championships, Open World Championships, and Asia-Africa-Pacific Championships.

We also hosted two incredible competitions (Gautengs '26 and Lift Off '25) which would not have been what they were without the support of sponsors, lifters, clubs, and coaches.
