Mandla has worked with numerous athletics, health and wellness brands during his career and over the years, he has established himself within professional sports as a rugby player. After conquering his own weight gain struggles and gaining certification as a personal trainer specialising in sports conditioning, he decided to focus on helping people become the best version of themselves.

Using his personal story of dedication and triumphing against the odds to motivate others, Mandla aims to introduce functional training, discipline and motivation to clients committed to transforming their lives. Mandla offers personalised fitness routines designed to help with weight loss, muscle gain and heightened performance. Additionally, he offers athletic development, toning and weight maintenance programs through functional training techniques.
