Powerlifting will teach you correct form and will give you a confidence from your own efforts. You will lose fat and will get that body you have wanted with the right training and eating of course.

Powerlifting is a quick but gradual process to the body and life that you need and want.
Powerlifting will not make you muscle bound, especially if you are female. Powerlifting will tighten what is flabby quickly. It should only take one hour three times a week. It will make you feel much better and look better quickly. If you want to try let me know.
Correct training program.
This is essential, you are building power not muscles. The muscles will change and firm up a lot this is inevitable but you want power.
Enough rest.
If your muscles don’t not get sufficient rest they cannot recuperate enough.
Take the right diet and supplements.
If the body does not have what it needs to fix and make stronger what you break in the training you will reach a plateau quickly.
Training and coaching.
Without a seasoned person teaching you the basics it will not feel right and you will not achieve what you want to correctly and without injury.
Motivation and dedication.
Get a partner that can help and motivate you. Preferably one that is better than you are. If you don’t have someone pushing you and assisting you it can be a tough climb.
Most of all just do it.
This is for you and no one else. If you want the best out of life be prepared to put more effort into it to get the best from your body and life.
