With a growing membership of Adults & Juniors, the club also welcomes visitors for its bi-weekly Social Days on Wednesdays & Saturdays between 1:30pm-4:30pm.

Ladies Challenge
Thank you to the 8 Ladies who played in the May Challenge and Congratulations to our winner Heidi! Your hard work is definitely proving fruitful!

Tennis News
With the monthly Monday challenge in May having been washed out on two consecutive Mondays, June's one took place on the 1st, with eight players taking part.
As always three rounds of 12 games were played with Martin Rainbow emerging as the winner with Wian Dekker second and Phil Marais third.
Fun was had by all with really good tennis being played. All players hope that the next one in July sees a full field of 12 players.
As always the Club remains a social club welcoming all from our community to join.
It is worth noting that our Club is accommodating ladies from Belvidere Club to our midst as a result of the damage inflicted by the storms on their Club.
Our ladies are also playing a friendly match against Leisure Isle on the 26th of June.

Celebrating 5 years of the Ladies Challenge!
On Friday 24th April, 2026 the Monthly Sedgefield Ladies Doubles Challenge entered a new 6th year.
As always it was a fun and sociable afternoon with some great tennis being played and Lanie Farrelly produced an outstanding performance to take the trophy for the second month in a row with, 24 points.
Anita, Robyn and Phil (I will explain), came in joint second with 21 points. More details below...

Tennis Trivials
On Tuesday 14th of April, Kings of the center court (a fun name of our group), put out a challenge to Mark's group for a match. Without Ian, a founder member of the King's group, Norman filled in.
A great afternoon of tennis ensued with good comeradery and much fun. King's team was Marcus, Norman, John and Bruce with Mark's team being Markand Ian Kilham, Mike and Gerhard. Final score was 31-21 with King's coming out on top.
- Let's try and get other teams involved and possibly have a league going within the Club.
