Winter training can be tough. The mornings are dark and the days are cold.
I am very proud of all the Little Ninjas for showing up, despite the cold and giving it their best.
Their tenacity and dedication to their training inspires me and made me think of these words.

To be a good coach is to never stop learning. This weekend Apex Jiujitsu had our adult grading. I'd like to congratulate all my fellow grapplers on our well earned stripes and to those who changed belts, a special congrats!
The Little Ninja programme is the youngest age group of students under the umbrella of Apex Jiujitsu and SASDA South African Self Defence Academy. It was great to see some young adults grading who started out as Little Ninjas all those years ago. Well done everyone! 🙌💪
