This program will help to bridge the transition phase between swimming lessons and competitive training. QUALITY over QUANTITY!

Helderberg Titans Swimming Academy offers an invitational program to swimmers who have reached the next level of competency in their Stroke Development program. We identified the need for a program whereby children can swim with Helderberg Titans Swimming Academy weekly for speed and stamina and still do lessons with Aquatechniques to continue working on their technique.
