We Going To Semifinals Baby! 💪
I didn’t want to post this until all scores have been validated by , but here it is!
I still can’t believe it for myself to have placed 10th in Africa as the past two years I’ve been outside contention for a qualifying spot (only Top 30 go through), so going into this year’s Quarterfinals I had a few doubts of making it as in my first year at Quarterfinals I placed 44th then working hard for the next year I placed 43rd (Ffs 🤦♂️) can’t say I wasn’t bummed, but knew there where some holes to fill so the hard work continued and this year it definitely payed of having the best team , and best training partner who always helps with having a positive mindset and drive like no one else to help keep me motivated.
So to them I say thank you 🙏 and everyone else who have been in my corner and most of all for always believing in me ❤️ Love you!
So now the hard work continues and will give my everything at Semifinals to put all my hard work and efforts to show 😎🤙🏼

Homework 📚 Sucks!
But it doesn’t have to...
Let’s face it, sometimes your own body can be your best or worst training tool 😅(some of you would know what I mean by that)
Since March, I have been doing LIVE body weight only sessions everyday from a Mon-Fri on top of my normal Crossfit training 😓
I can honestly say that it’s not easy (because I designed the workouts 🤦♂️), but it got better and better and it started feeling easier to move my body weight around when doing the workouts that required me to do so.
So if you’ve thought about getting started and only have access to your body weight, why not try some of my programming and see how well it works 💪
It’s not just for elite athletes, I meet you where you’re at 😉
