Meet the new SCOTT Addict Gravel 30.

Fast on tar, sure-footed on dirt, ready for whatever comes after.

At about 9 kg, it's built around an HMF carbon frame and fork with SCOTT's Ride geometry. It has internal cable routing, integrated frame storage and a replaceable UDH hanger.

Race season starts tomorrow, and the calendar is stacked.

Saturday 5 September: Karoo Poison at Leeuwenboschfontein and Gravel-X at Darling Brew. Then Trailseeker Wellington (12 Sep), The Canola Roller and the Lourensford Classic (19 Sep), Cape Pioneer Trek (22 Sep), The Hinterland (25 Sep), Karoo to Coast and the Paarl MTB Challenge (27 Sep). October brings 7Weekspoort, Ride The Cape Tulbagh, Bikes2Blossoms, the Prince George 100 Miler, Eselfontein and the Nedbank Gravel Burn. Wines2Whales is nine weeks away, then Ride The Cape Elgin, the Stanford 100 Miler, Attakwas, and the Cape Town Cycle Tour and Absa Cape Epic in March.

Before you enter, get the bike booked in. Our 2026 Service Packages are live: Silver, Gold, Silver E-Bike and Gold E-Bike, each with three packages. Choose your service type, pick a package, pick your tyres, add any extras and tell us your drop-off date. It takes under a minute online and there's no payment until we've seen the bike.

And sort your nutrition now, not the night before. Torq gels, energy and hydration drinks, bars and Explorer flapjacks, Cadence and Enduren, all on the shelf. Rule of thumb: 60–90 g of carbs an hour on anything over two hours, 500–750 ml of fluid an hour, and nothing new on race day. To carry it, we stock USWE Outlander packs, Elite insulated bottles and Syncros cages, and we'll fit a USWE harness while you wait.
