What a way to kick off the year! 🥋💨
On the 10th of January we headed to the beach expecting a serene morning of training, but the wind had other plans! It quickly turned into an action-packed session with Sensei Vee —whew, what a workout!
Between the high intensity and the summer heat, we were definitely feeling the burn. 🔥 Luckily, we had a nearby stream to cool off in afterward. It was the perfect "reset" button!
A huge thank you to Sensei Vee for joining us and making it such a blast, and as always, a massive shout-out to all our dedicated karateka for waking up early and giving it your all.
