🥋 Karate at the UNAFFI’D Sports Fest!

Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to sharpen advanced techniques, this all-level karate masterclass is designed to help you grow.

Beginners will learn strong fundamentals, blocks and strikes, while intermediate and advanced workshops will explore kata, practical application and dynamic sparring strategies.

We had another great beach training on 21 February 2026, it took a while to upload the photo's (apologies;-) but it was great fun in the sun! From young to older, it was great to have everyone there. And there is no way that we can leave without a dip in the ocean and a well deserved ice-cream!
